TERMS OF WARRANTY

1. Leather Seat Covers, from herein the “Guarantor”, guarantees to deliver high quality of our product to our Consumer and offer manufacturer defect warranty for 24 months.
2. Customer will deliver or/and takes risk of claim being brought to our business premises at the address of UNIT 229, CORPORATE PARK 2, BALLYCOOLIN, D15 Y7EH.
3. Guarantee covers the defect of material and manufacturing errors, which occurred in the guarantee term of 24 months.
4. Guarantor eliminates all defects that occurred during manufacturing or replaces the product partly or in full and the decision depends on Guarantor. On agreed terms Guarantor may decide to take the product back in unused condition.
5. Only water and clean cotton or microfiber cloth is allowed to clean the covers we supply or fit. If any chemicals are used that will void the warranty immediately and any parts needed to be replaced will be charged at additional cost.
6. Guarantee does not include:

• inadequate fitting
• usage outside normal conditions -normal wear and tear
• sun and water or wind damage

We have 14 days from the day of the claim to make a decision and let the customer know of the outcome.
